Returns & Exchanges

Products must have been purchased directly from Yarrasonic. We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets. Please return those to the store where purchased. 

  Exchange will be granted where:

• The product is sealed and packaging is in an unused, undamaged, saleable condition and it is within 30 days of purchase date.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

A refund or replacement will be granted where:

• The product is faulty or is not in acceptable quality
• The product does not meet the description provided
